Modifications and cancellations

Concepts

Rumbowine.com wants to facilitate as much as possible the conditions to be able to modify or cancel any purchase that has been contracted through our platform. That is why we explain some concepts that help to understand the modification and cancellation policy.

• Ticket: this is the final result obtained when a purchase process has been completed (payment received by rumbowine). It can be made up of one or several reservations for different wineries.
• Purchase: is the acquisition of one or more reservations by the customer in a single ticket.
• Reservation: this is a part of the ticket that includes a reservation for a visit or service at a winery.
• Modification: the removal of one of the reservations from a purchase ticket.
• Cancellation: the removal of all reservations from a purchase ticket.
• Fee: is the amount that the platform charges for each ticket and is paid by the user in the purchase process. This amount is only refundable if rumbowine cancels a ticket.

Modifications

Rumbowine.com wants to make it as easy as possible to modify any purchase that has been contracted through our platform. Since it is not possible to change booking dates, we offer the following modification policy as a general rule:

• It is not possible to modify the date of any service contracted through Rumbowine.com
• Any purchase made through our platform rumbowine.com can be modified 24 hours before the date of the first reservation made in the ticket.
• Any booking that is part of a purchase made on rumbowine.com can be removed 48 hours prior to the date of the first booking of that purchase.
• For example if you have a purchase with two bookings and the first booking is dated 2 June and the second booking is dated 3 June you can delete either booking before 1 June.
• The cost of modifying a partial purchase is 0,00€.

Cancellations

Rumbowine.com wants to make it as easy as possible to cancel any service that has been contracted through our platform and therefore offers the following cancellation policy as a general rule:

• Any purchase made through our platform rumbowine.com can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of the first reservation made.
• Any booking that forms part of a purchase made on rumbowine.com can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of the first booking of that purchase.
• For example if you have a purchase with two bookings and the first booking is dated June 2nd and the second is dated June 3rd the maximum cancellation date is June 1st.
• Once a purchase is non-refundable you can contact the winery directly to modify your booking if you wish.
• It is not possible to modify any booking through Rumbowine.com. If you wish to change a date you must cancel your booking and make a new booking with the new date.
• The cost of partially cancelling a booking is €0.00.
• If you make a cancellation Rumbowine.com will refund you by the same method that you made your purchase the amounts paid except the fee for use of the platform set in the purchase process.
