We are a wine tourism services and reservations platform developed by the wineries themselves with the aim of offering our customers all the wine tourism services we offer on one single website.
How does Rumbowine work?
This project has managed to integrate into a single platform the different types of reservations that the wineries have, thus ensuring that whenever you make a reservation through Rumbowine that it is totally guaranteed.
Can I make more than one booking on Rumbowine?
Yes, as part of your purchase process you can include visits to different wineries on days and at times that suit you.
Can I modify a booking made on Rumbowine?
As we are fully integrated with the wineries’ platforms, modifications are possible, so you can modify your reservation without any problems.
Can I cancel a reservation at Rumbowine?
Yes, once you have made a booking you have up to 48 hours before your first visit to cancel.
What happens if I can’t come and there are less than 24 hours left?
You can contact the winery and see what solutions they can offer you. But unfortunately you will not be able to get your money back.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, the purchase commission is non-refundable under no circumstances.
Does Rumbowine give my details to the winery/wineries I have visited?
Yes, we give the wineries the information you have given us during the purchase process.
Do we keep your credit card or paypal details?
What happens if a winery does not allow me access with a rumbowine purchase?
Although this is very unlikely, please contact us at email@example.com if this happens.
Is there a right of admission in each of the wineries?
Yes, so we will send you 24 hours before the visit all the information about the winery you are going to visit.

If you book visits or experiences to wineries on the same day, it is important to take into account the time of the visit and the transfer time between one winery and another. Rumbowine cannot be held responsible for possible missed visits.
