Would you like to discover the essence of the first organic winery in La Rioja and enjoy a unique experience in a family-run setting? Viña Ijalba, just a stone's throw from Logroño, invites you to explore our vineyards and learn about organic, environmentally friendly winemaking techniques. The visit begins in our natural museum of native grape varieties, continues through the vineyard and winery, where you'll tour our fermentation room and barrel hall. You’ll get to know the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, the unique features of our winery and vineyards, and the secrets behind our organic winemaking process. We finish with a tasting of three organic wines paired with a traditional Riojan appetizer (chorizo, salchichón and cheese). The experience includes:
